Hot Organic Sambal Oelek Chilli Sauce, 125 g
Sambal oelek (sometimes also spelled sambal ulek) is the secret ingredient in many Indonesian dishes. It adds a pleasant spicy kick and is therefore an essential seasoning for anyone who loves spicy food.

Traditionally, sambal oelek is made from crushed green (unroasted) chilli peppers. Since finding a sambal sauce with a completely pure ingredient list can be difficult, we decided to make our own. This sambal oelek contains no added sugar or oil. Just pure ingredients: chilli peppers, sweet peppers, vinegar and salt. An excellent choice for those who want to consume less sugar and vegetable oil while still adding a vibrant spicy flavour to their dishes.
Use this sauce in Indonesian dishes such as fried rice or noodles, or add a teaspoon to stir-fries, stews, soups and sauces. You can even spread it on bread together with peanut butter.

How to use:
Add to any (Asian) dish to taste to give it a spicy kick. Also excellent for seasoning homemade sauces, such as sweet chilli sauce or peanut sauce.
