Idandamiseks mõeldud mahebrokoli seemned BIOFORCE, 40 g

Brokoli-idud sobivad suurepäraselt salatite ja suppide maitsestamiseks.

Idandamine: Laotada 2 supilusikatäit seemneid idandusalusele, kasta neid kaks korda päevas. Idandid on söömiseks valmis 5-7 päeva pärast.

Enne idandamist loputada seemneid põhjalikult värske veega. Parima tulemuse saavutamiseks laotada seemned laiali õhukese kihina. Idandusaeg sõltub temperatuurist.
