Description

Triphala, a herbal preparation of traditional Ayurvedic medicine, offers a unique blend of three powerful fruits: amla berry (Emblica officinalis), baheda berry (Terminalia belerica) and myrobalan berry (Terminalia chebula). This trio forms a powerful combination that is widely known for its health-promoting properties.

The history of mild triphala (Triphala) powder:
In Ayurveda, Triphala is used for its digestive properties – it promotes healthy digestion, relieves constipation and maintains regular bowel movements, and detoxifies the body.
A healthy digestive system is the foundation of good health.
The powerful antioxidants found in triphala, especially in amla, can help fight oxidative stress and protect cells from free radical damage.
Because triphala is effective in removing toxins from the body, promoting detoxification and cleansing, it is used in Ayurveda as a remedy to reduce arthritis inflammation and relieve pain. Triphala strengthens immunity, influences metabolism and may help weight loss.
Triphala has long been used for oral hygiene, skin and hair health and care.
Modern studies confirm the powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, adaptogenic and caries-preventive properties of triphala.
Science claims that triphala is a powerful three-herb powder with many effective therapeutic uses.
