Fermented oat drink – like all fermented products, it is acidic but has the neutrality of oats, making it perfect for flavouring both dishes and drinks as it does not alter their taste. This concentrated drink can supplement the diet with good bacteria, enzymes and organic acids.
For first-time use, we recommend diluting a tablespoon (15 ml) of the concentrated drink with water to a pleasant acidity and drinking it with or after meals. A normal optimal daily intake is 45-50 ml. This amount is used up by dividing it so that there is enough for each meal. With continuous use, everyone will find the right amount to drink.
The undiluted product can also be used to acidify and enrich various dishes (vegetables, salads, porridges, soups, stews, fruit jams) or added to juices or other non-alcoholic drinks.
Attention! It should be remembered that this is not a regular drink, so do not overdo it.
