A vegan interpretation of a traditional Argentinian sauce with the unique flavours and characteristics of Galician seaweed. Organically grown seaweeds (Himanthalia elongata, Undaria pinnatifida and Ulva spp.). Packed in a jar, sterilized by heat treatment.
Consumption: can be used without prior processing. It’s a dressing for salads, grilled and steamed vegetables and potatoes.
