Gluten free brown mahogany rice ramen noodles BIONATURALIS, 70g x 4pcs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes. While the noodles are boiling, fork out the noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water, reserving half a cup of the noodle cooking water for later use.<\/p>\n

Simple vegan ramen with rice noodles and mushroom powder (2 servings)<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n140 g rice noodles
\n1 litre of water (or rice water)
\n1-2 tbsp mushroom powder (e.g. shiitake or reishi)
\n2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
\n1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
\n1 small carrot, thinly sliced or sliced into strips
\nHandful of spinach or vegetables of your choice
\n100 g hard tofu (diced, optional)
\nGreen onions for sprinkling<\/p>\n

Preparation:
\nBroth – Heat 1 litre of water in a saucepan. Mix in the mushroom powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and spinach (or bok choy) to the boiling broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
\nNoodles – In another pot, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package (about 3-4 minutes). Rinse and rinse briefly under cold water.
\nServing – Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour hot mushroom broth over the vegetables. Add tofu (if using) and sprinkle with green onion.<\/p>\n
