Cold-pressed and unrefined garden black seed oil<\/strong>, derived from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant, has gained a prominent place in the world of well-being. Although popularly known as black cumin, it should not be confused with Kala Jeera, a member of the Biniu bulbocastanum family.<\/p>\n
