Ground green organic coffee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Green coffee beans aren’t roasted, so they have a completely different flavour to black coffee beans – grassy, slightly acidic, similar to ripe hazelnuts. However, they are considered to be more useful as they retain all the beneficial substances unless they are thermally processed. Unlike black coffee beans, green coffee beans are obtained by drying, not roasting. The beans look like larger lentils. The drink is greenish brown in colour and has a bitter taste.
\nScientific studies support the benefits of green coffee for weight loss. This is due to the beans’ high content of chlorogenic acid, one of the most powerful antioxidants. The main rule is that the drink should be consumed without sweeteners. Ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom or other spices can be added to taste.<\/p>\n

The recommended daily amount should not exceed 2 cups of drink. This coffee is forbidden for children and teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women.<\/p>\n

Making coffee:
\nPour 1-2 teaspoons of ground green coffee over hot water (preferably 90\u00b0C). After 5 minutes, the coffee is ready for consumption. The taste is slightly spicy, similar to green tea.<\/p>\n
