Return of goods:
Products purchased from Biopapa’s online store can only be exchanged or returned after prior agreement on the return conditions.
If the delivered product is damaged or of insufficient quality and you wish to return or exchange it, or if all the products ordered have not been delivered, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected] or by phone: +372 5814 1937 within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the defective product!
We take responsibility for the quality of our products.
We will transfer the money for the returned goods to the bank account from which the purchases have been paid for within 3-5 working days from the day of return.
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
– packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery;
– goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
– gift cards.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged, must not have lost its commercial appearance (unremoved and undamaged labels, unbroken protective films, etc.), must not have lost its characteristics and must not have been used. If the product is damaged, out of order or not properly packaged, we have the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to refund the money paid by the buyer for the product.
