A vegan interpretation of a tartare recipe with very finely chopped seaweed from the mouths of the Galicia. Organically grown seaweeds (Himanthalia elongata, Undaria pinnatifida and Ulva spp.). Packed in a jar, sterilized by heat treatment.
Consumption: suitable for use without prior processing. Can be used as an accompaniment to toast and other suitable snacks, smoked meats and salads. Can be mixed with mayonnaise.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
