Organic Japanese roasted green tea Kukicha, 75 g, TERRASANA
It is a delicious tea for everyday drinking, made from aromatic second or third degree tea leaves. The taste is bright and the aftertaste is slightly umami. The best-tasting kukicha tea is obtained by steeping it in water heated to about 75 °C.
Preparation:
Use 1 teaspoon of kukicha tea per 250 ml of water. Prepare the cup in the traditional Japanese way – by heating it with hot water beforehand. Place the tea leaves on a sieve in a teapot and pour over the water heated to 75-90 °C. Allow to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Allow an additional 30 seconds for the second pull.
