This ready-to-use wok sauce is 100% organic and has a short list of ingredients. The main ingredient is Japanese tamari (soy sauce) and the wok sauce is sweetened with coconut sugar. Organic herbs give Japanese wok sauce an authentic teriyaki flavour. This Japanese flavour can be added to vegetable and rice dishes.
Teriyaki is a soy-based sauce, but the umami flavour is enriched by sweet notes. A great addition to healthy and quick wok dishes. Easy and tasty.
Usage:
Fry the vegetables and tofu or seitan in a pan or wok for a few minutes. Add a generous amount of teriyaki wok sauce and heat until the dish is brightly flavoured. Half a bottle is enough for two meals.
