Gluten-free soy sauce Tamari TERRASANA, 250 ml
This soy sauce is made from soybeans, koji, shochu and sea salt. The main purpose of the mixture is to balance the flavour of the sauce so that all five flavour elements can come to the fore. Settling of the flavours takes place during the 9-month fermentation.
This is a great and affordable gluten-free sauce that takes both the oriental and European road to a new level. It can be used in marinades, salad dressings, (miso) soups and hot sauces.
