Gluten-free organic konjac noodles, 385 g
The main ingredient in these diet noodles is konjac, a water-soluble fibre obtained from the roots of the konjac plant. The plant originated in Asia and the dishes made from it are also called Shirataki or Konjac noodles.
Konjac noodles are a natural product, rich in soluble fibre, fat, sugar, starch and protein free, NISU and gluten free. Noodles easily absorb the flavours and aromas of spices and other additives, are quick to prepare, tasty and healthy.
The main advantage of noodles is that their ingredients come only from certified and controlled plantations and suppliers. They are added sugar, carbohydrate and fat free.
Preparation: rinse the noodles thoroughly under warm running water. Boil or fry for 2-3 minutes. Add to the dish you are preparing.
