How to bake Bett’r cookies?
It will take:
80 ml oil or rendered fats
50 ml herbal drink
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 °C with the fan on or 185-190 °C without the fan.
Prepare a 30 × 30 cm baking tray – grease lightly with oil or cover with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the oil (or other melted fats) and the herbal drink.
Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Shape into 12 balls of equal size, place on a baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
