It can be used not only to season sushi rice, but also to make delicious sauces, add moisture to wok-fried dishes or soften overly salty flavours. It pairs well with other Japanese condiments such as soy, tamarind and sesame oil, as well as sweet additions such as ginger syrup.
Sushi vinegar is made from an authentic Japanese recipe. Suitable for both cold and warm use.
