- Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days (of course, we will try to ship as soon as possible).

- Delivery is made throughout the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
- The standard delivery of goods ordered from the e-shop is carried out by the “DPD” and “Venipak” courier service to the address specified by the customer or to the “DPD”, “Venipak” and “Omniva” parcel machines as follows:
- free delivery to DPD/ Venipak/ Omniva parcel machines for purchases from *€28 upwards
- free delivery by Venipak courier to the customer’s specified address for a purchase from *34 €.
- free delivery by DPD courier to the customer’s specified address for a purchase from *€40
- standard delivery DPD/ Venipak/ Omniva parcel for shipments *20 € up to 28 € – 1,90 €.
- standard delivery DPD/ Venipak/ Omniva parcel service for shipments up to *20 € – 2,90 €
- standard delivery by Venipak courier to the address specified by the customer for shipments up to *34 € – 3,90 €
- standard delivery by DPD courier to the address specified by the customer for shipments up to *40 € – 4,50 €.
Delivery of goods ordered from an online shop to listed foreign countries:
Cyprus, Ireland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Sweden – by DPD courier.
- Standard delivery by DPD courier to the address specified by the customer – €20.

* Minimum order amount – 10 € (final amount after discounts). If the order amount is less than €10, a €3 packaging fee will be added.
Please take responsibility for the chosen delivery method in case of too low or too high outdoor temperatures, as this may negatively affect the quality of the product.
In the case of high order volumes, delivery may be delayed.

- Attention! Kat the time of delivery, check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any irregularities, please make sure to note them when you receive the parcel and write a free-form report on the damaged parcel. If no damage to the packaging is noted when the product is handed over, the consignment is considered to be in good condition and undamaged.
