Organic white basmati rice

White Basmati Mahogany rice has a wonderful taste and aroma. Great for stews with curry, pilaf and as a garnish for other dishes. Also delicious with vegan fat or oil.
Preparation: wash 1 part of the rice with cold water, pour over 2 parts of water and bring to a slow boil. Once boiling, cover with lid and simmer on lowest heat for 15 minutes. After removing from the heat, let the rice cook for another 5 minutes.
