These white rice noodles are made from white mahogany rice. They have a thin texture and go well with the rich umami flavours of Japanese cuisine. And because they are 100% gluten-free, everyone can enjoy these noodles. They taste great with a refreshing light lemon sauce or rich oriental peanut sauce. They are also great in savoury miso soups with seaweed or in vegetarian dishes with tofu, tempeh or nuts. They are ready in just five minutes!
Preparation:
Boil in large quantities of water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
