Green mah tea China Chun Mee

Chun Mee green tea has a fresh, slightly sour and smoky taste. The prepared tea is light in colour. This is a popular variety that originated in China. The name “Chun Mee” means “eyebrow” in Chinese, referring to the characteristic shape of the tea buds – small, narrow and slightly curved, reminiscent of groomed eyebrows.

Preparation:
Pour one heaped teaspoon of tea powder per cup (200 ml) of hot water at about 80°C and steep for 1-2 minutes for a mild taste, 2-4 minutes for a stronger taste.
