Organic juniper berries

Mild dried juniper berries are used in the preparation of vegetable dishes, especially bean dishes. Add to marinades, pickles, sauerkraut. Juniper berries are often used in Scandinavian, French and German cuisine. Used with garlic and herbs (marjoram, rosemary, thyme), it gives a specific flavour to dishes.
